Shannon and Chris did an excellent job. They were tenacious in tracking down the power source needed to get our outdoor power sockets live. I highly recommend Epic Electric and Shannon and would use them again.

Caught in a bad situation with melting breakers at my main electrical panel, Epic Electric came out and made emergency after-hours repairs on my home in Rogers, Arkansas, and despite risky situation, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Epic Electric.

Shannon and Mike with Epic Electric came out to Gentry on a Saturday to run electric from the house to our above ground pool. These guys were in and out in under two hours and did a great job! They dug a trench to bury the electric line and when they backfilled the trench they were able to put the grass right back so you can't even tell where the trench is. Due to the rain in May the pool installation had a set back and Shannon was understanding and accommodating with the changing schedule. The communication throughout the entire process has been excellent and the service that Epic Electric provided was top notch. An added bonus is that Epic Electrics rates allowed us to come in under budget for our pool installation. We will definitely be calling Epic Electric for all of our electrical needs. Thank you Shannon and Mike for exceeding our expectations!
