You really think I care about your personal opinion of me? Nothing in your response addresses the actual issues with your company’s conduct. Instead of acknowledging the problems, you chose to make personal attacks. That only highlights how disconnected you are from your responsibilities as both a business owner and a leader. You can attack me personally all you want, but that doesn’t change the facts: your company failed the job at my home, failed to respect my property, and failed to show any real concern for customer satisfaction.
For anyone reading this, take a close look at how this company treats a customer’s property. I’m a middle-class American who has worked extremely hard to get where I am today. I went from living out of my car to building the life my family now has. When I invite a company into my home to perform work, I expect professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the experience we received.
From the very first day, the problems were obvious. After working 12–14 hour days, I would come home to find tools, trash, and debris left scattered throughout my yard, with garbage blowing around the neighborhood. It took weeks for me to clean up after your crews, and to this day there is still roofing material in my pool. When a company repeatedly treats someone’s property carelessly and ignores concerns when they’re raised, it’s only natural for a homeowner to be frustrated.
You can make whatever excuses you want about walking away from the job, but that decision doesn’t change the pattern of unprofessional behavior we experienced throughout the entire project.
Let me ask a fair question: who wouldn’t be upset if their home and property were treated this way? As a business owner, would you allow your crews to behave like this at your own home? If not, why is it acceptable for my home?
There were numerous examples of unprofessional conduct. At one point, painters arrived without tools and asked to borrow mine. Should I have simply accepted that as normal when I was paying for a professional service? Another subcontractor showed up without proper equipment, and in one instance workers even stored their tools in my front bushes because they didn’t have a truck to take them with them. Is it really the homeowner’s responsibility to manage the behavior and preparedness of your crews and subcontractors?
The issues didn’t stop there. The window replacement work resulted in mismatched windows, and some of the replacements were done incorrectly. I still have a window that hasn’t been properly addressed. On top of that, it was never mentioned that the insurance company would cover replacing all the windows—not just the few that were installed improperly.
At the end of the day, you chose to walk away from the project and come here to attack my character instead of addressing the legitimate concerns about your company’s work. I’m simply sharing my experience and the facts about what happened. Respect isn’t automatic—it’s earned through professionalism, accountability, and doing the job right.
All I ever expected was for my home, my family, and my property to be treated with basic respect, and for the work I paid for to be completed properly. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.

My name is Pastor Ron. Beau and Leamer (William) were tremendous for our church roof. They even fixed some underlying problems with some old framing problems in a section of the building. Our church is a 77 year old building that's been added onto 3 times. They went above and beyond to fix our problems. More problems came about in the job and they choose to keep fixing things. Definitely recommend them. First picture is new roof with metal part coated. The before and after's are complete night and day. Great folks who will take care of you.

The best part about working with Nortons Roofing is how professional Jordan was with us throughout the entire process. Communication was great and he was able to answer all questions we had before, during, and after the job was done. I have no complaints about the job they did. After a thorough inspection of the roof, Jordan answered any questions and took care of everything in a timely manner. Our new roof looks great and was installed to our expectations. I would recommend them to a friend or family member.
