7/29 I called for estimate on repair or new roof. 8/4 Walker Fallen came out was very nice talked a bit said, "it would be $1,000 for repair would last 2 years, $10-17,000 for new roof 8/7 I called to speak to Walker re:estimate had to l/m. He sent text stating his office manager was out until Monday 8/11 he said,"would get back to me next week". 8/13 I called, spoke to Alex who said she would talk to Walker and he would get back to me." I have never heard back from him or Bryant Roofing. I'm being generous giving a 1 🌟

Replaced my gutters and roof after the May, 2025 hailstorm. Roof installation was a 4-. Gutter installation was a 4. Communication was a 3. Honoring their referral policy was a 2. Nathan very helpful with a roof issue and gutter adjustment.

These guys are amazing! So honest, accountable, compassionate, patient and rapid response. We have had to call them 2x in 4 weeks and each time they responded rapidly, explained everything is detail, showed us pictures, explained options and provided really sound advice. In an industry filled with scammers - these guys are GEMS!
