Summary: Would recommend and I would use them again. The result looks great, and Deeter is great to work with.
The result looks great. 2.5 upstairs bathrooms fully renovated. The bathrooms were completely gutted and renovated to our specifications. We received custom cabinets and mirrors, fully tiled showers and floors, all new plumbing fixtures, shower heads were raised to 7’, plugs and switches were replaced and relocated, new lighting and vents, a shower/tub unit was replaced with a new tub, wall-papered walls were stripped, repaired, retextured and repainted. The look is very clean and exactly what we wanted. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, and consistently took care of the things we pointed out that needed attention. Occasionally they would walk us through the decision making we’d have to make when we didn’t know the right answer. They cleaned up after themselves, and only left some plastic on the stairs for extended periods of time. Only a few groups were brought in that weren’t part of the crew (plumbers, designer).
This was our first major renovation, so we learned in real-time that there were questions we would be answering that we didn’t have the answers to. Some of these things we presumed that the designer would already have the answer to (such as the color of the trim paint, wall paint, cabinet stain color). So we generally had to stay on top of what was happening, but it was a great learning experience. Also, there were some delays, some caused by having to make corrections or changes, some due to delays in getting ordered parts, some due to me approving the wrong parts, etc. With a bit more organization and communication I think these could have all been avoided.
Note: In the middle of this project we kicked off another project with Deeter to repaint other parts of the house and repair walls and plumbing in another bathroom. They were quick to pivot and start that work while the existing work was still being done.
Cost: Reasonable rate, end up on budget. Paid in three draws, with the final payment due when all work was done. Had to pay for all supplies (faucets, tubs, toilets, etc) outside of this construction cost.
UPDATE: With settling of the tub, a few grout lines cracked. Called Deeter up and they came out and repaired the grout. Also one of the tub faucets leaked. They also took care of the repairs for this.

Geoffrey, Andrew and the crews from Deeter Construction were great to work with. They removed my old deck and built a beautiful new covered patio. They always went above and beyond and became part of our home for the few weeks they worked on the project.

Deeter has a good team and kept me well informed during the construction period on my new 900 square foot shop/garage. The crews they sent out worked very hard. There were occasional communication issues but they were typically resolved timely. If I was having more work done around my house, they would be the first company I called. Actually, I'm hoping they will help us with a kitchen remodel very soon.
