My experience with the office staff has been nothing but positive. They are accommodating to our schedule as we have numerous appointments and they are respectful of their employee's time as well. My husband and I were not very comfortable asking for assistance, but I am grateful for the wonderful care offered by Visiting Angels.

We just really appreciate the guidance and help that Visiting Angels brought to us. Jennifer my mom’s angel is a godsend. She is Kind, sweet, attentive, fun for my mom to be around!!!! We really do love and appreciate what she does for mom. The staff responds quickly to anything you need any question you have and any help they can give! Just so very grateful for all of them at Visiting Angels 😊

I’ve been looking for someone to help with my grandmother, so I called Visiting Angels and spoke with Riley. I really enjoyed talking with her, she took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. With other companies, it felt like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear, but with Visiting Angels, Riley was honest and thorough, which I really appreciated.

They offered great help one time. The second time I didn't get a call that the person wasn't coming until the night before, which was too late to get someone else. I found out a few days before that person was not going to be here again,, but they couldn't find someone to replace her.

Many Thanks to Jennifer at Visiting Angels. Her “special way” with my 86 year old diabetic, strong willed Uncle worked a miracle. She was able to encourage him to allow her to assist in getting him clean! He lived on his own and found it to difficult to bathe himself as he aged and became less mobile.
I have to give a shout out to Tawny also. She cleaned up the rough stuff and saw what needed to be done and did it. Great attitude.
They really are “Visiting Angels”
