When a sub-contractor for Cowin Construction quit half way through an addition and roof replacement after he was paid, I was left with a shell covered in Zip board with no siding. I interviewed a number of contractors to finish installing soffits & fascia, install the residential metal siding I had purchased when the talk of tariffs on steel threatened to significantly increase the cost, and rain gutters. Several said it was too big a job, some would do the trim but not the metal siding, and none had references for similar work that I could go see.
I turned to the BBB web site to look for siding contractors and entered a description of the project for a quote from the first contractor on the list and checked the option to send it to other businesses also. Out of 200 siding contractors listed, only two responded. Leak Solutions and Roofing sent an email the same day, and the other later declined to bid.
In hindsight, that was my lucky day because owners Giovani and Dalber proved to be very professional, and their crew had extensive experience with metal siding. The were able to start within a month of their first visit to the site and finished within two months even with Christmas holidays intervening. They made custom flashing with a metal brake on site for over windows and doors, between windows, and under two doors that had previously leaked inside, and performed work beyond the original contract terms without an increase in the agreed price. The crews came early and worked late, often finishing daily cleanup after dark, and were polite and respectful.
If I had considered only company names I would not have thought of Leak Solutions and Roofing as a first choice for a siding contractor, but if you are considering residential metal siding do not be put off by the name alone because these folks are experts at metal siding and I expect they would apply the same expertise and dedication to any of your siding and roofing needs.

Very impressed with the knowledge of the sales guys and the execution of the installers. They did not know I had quite a bit of experience in construction and building. I told them the problems and they told me everything I was hoping to hear. Not only did every detail of our conversation get done, they documented everything and exceeded my expectations every step of the way! They also gave me a great price.
My job was not basic. It was a couple leaks and prevention of more in the future. They had to, take off the shingles and trim around the dormers and down several rakes. Redo underlayment, rotten deck, ice and water shield, new flashing and paint/new trim (installed at the proper height). I was up on the roof checking on them, but I did not need to! They had it dialed in!!
