The electrical service to our house was approximately 35 years old and needed to be replaced. I called Wes with Old Town Electric and he responded right away to take a look at our problem. He has a good working relationship with Carroll Electric and scheduled the replacement of our meter loop within 24 hours. Their quality of service and parts are outstanding. I recommend Old Town as they were very fair and so easy to work with. Our thanks to Wes and his crew!

How often does an electrician play plumber at your house? OTE did that for us today. Wes walked into our new build and noticed the air conditioner was leaking into the garage. He heated the pipe to mold it into a drain, swept out the water, made sure the toilet dried out, and then created a drain from his leftover supplies to get us by until the plumber can get by the house. Their costumer service is outstanding!

I have used Old Town Electric to switch out all my light fixtures throughout my home before I moved in and most recently to light up my craft/sewing room, which was extremely dark. Wes came to see my space and made recommendations to install 2 x 2 LED fixtures replacing tiles in the drop down ceiling. I have hardly left my sewing since they were installed. I’ve attached a photo showing the new lighting before I removed the multiple lamps I used before.
His guys who did the installation were great, friendly, professional and accommodating. I had so much trust and confidence in them, that I had to be gone for several hours while they were working. The room was left clean tidy (they didn’t disturb my mess as seen in the photo) there was no trace they had been there except for the brilliant light!
I highly recommend Old Town to anyone looking for top notch electricians. Thank you Wes & Co!
