Called Sunday morning because my heater quit working the night before. They had someone at my house within a few hours. The tech was very nice and explained to me everything he was doing and why. He got the thing running in less than 20 minutes just in time for the freezing temps to hit. Will definitely use them again.

Jose Marin was excellent. He really did a quality job checking my heating units in my house. He explains in good detail everything that he is doing and he is just a really nice guy. I am very happy with the services that Armor provides.

Armor Heating & Air was so helpful!!! I called 5 local companies to describe what was going on with our AC. The other companies said they would have to send a tech out to diagnose what was wrong based off of my description.
Armor was the only one able to right away tell me what was going on over the phone. They explained things clearly and treated me as an equal. Really appreciate their hard work, their skill, and their kindness both over the phone and in person!

The technician, Jose, is fantastic!! We found an issue with our AC and Armor was able to send someone out the same day. Originally, we were told the afternoon, but Jose let us know he could be there in the morning (which on a summer June day, was music to my ears). He was so professional, kind, knowledgeable and quick. I was so thankful for his communication and quality work! Thank you, Jose!

Update 1: We would have moved forward with the service plan but we have not been able to get a call back so far since we left the initial review a couple of weeks ago. We have spoke with personnel and left messages for a return call with no response. It’s unfortunate because we were very comfortable with the plan. They have great reviews so, hopefully, our case is an exception.
Original review after estimate: John gave us the most clear and thorough explanation of our issues. We understood exactly what he was going to do and why it would help. John didn’t try to upsell us. In fact, he told us to wait on certain things we thought we were going to have to purchase. He wanted to see if a simple fix could help our issues first. This was so different than other experiences where we had been told we would need anything from parts that couldn’t be found to a 25k system. John earned our trust and business through patience, explanations, and not rushing to expensive options. We would highly recommend.
