Called them at around 8:30 this morning, they were here by around 11:30. The guys were finished by around 1 and did a great job replacing the springs, some rollers and tightened the garage door chain. Great work and great and nice guys, very fair price and will definitely use them again if needed.

Matt and his crew were AWESOME!! Clean install and had the best price in town!! They replaced my old worn out door with a new insulated door in under 2 hours!! I couldn’t be happier with this upgrade to our garage.

I had an issue recently during the cold front we just experienced where my garage door needed a repair. This all happened at 7PM at night. I decided to call Benton County Overhead Door and sure enough Matt answered the call. He was able to get a tech to come out to the house within 30 minutes! Not only did he want to make sure my garage was repaired but he also didn't want my water heater to freeze over since it is also located in the garage. Zach was the tech who came over that night and got everything fixed for us. I will happily recommend this company if you need any repairs. Most companies these days will ask you to wait until they have availability which is usually 1 or 2 days out. Service was fantastic and they really showed to care for the customers.

Benton County Overhead Doors were prompt and did a good job with the garage doors maintenance and installation of the gasket on my two garage doors. The service tech was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would recommend Benton County Overhead Doors for any of your garage door needs.
