7/29 I called for estimate on repair or new roof. 8/4 Walker Fallen came out was very nice talked a bit said, "it would be $1,000 for repair would last 2 years, $10-17,000 for new roof 8/7 I called to speak to Walker re:estimate had to l/m. He sent text stating his office manager was out until Monday 8/11 he said,"would get back to me next week". 8/13 I called, spoke to Alex who said she would talk to Walker and he would get back to me." I have never heard back from him or Bryant Roofing. I'm being generous giving a 1 🌟

These guys are amazing! So honest, accountable, compassionate, patient and rapid response. We have had to call them 2x in 4 weeks and each time they responded rapidly, explained everything is detail, showed us pictures, explained options and provided really sound advice. In an industry filled with scammers - these guys are GEMS!

Just to start off with. Our home was hit directly by a tornado on Halloween 2024@. 1230 am in Prairie Grove, Arkansas. My insurance company USAA used Bryant roofing as a preferred contractor. So glad that they did. They were there by 630am that day. They dispatched a crew to get me dried in due to an upcoming rain storm again. Not cheap tarps they used actual roof dry in material. Walker and Nathan were my main contacts. Throughout the repair. Bryant replaced my entire roof, all the gutters around my house and some flashing that was lost as well. Very professional and responsive. Huge shout out to Nathan Nunley for continuing to reply. To my additional requests. Adjusted a dryer vent that came hose, an additional trip to replace and fixed the same vent and cleaned out dryer vent for an additional above and beyond service provided!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about Nathan and this company!!! I highly recommend!! Thank you for the piece of mind you have provided my family!
