We had a front door replacement in our home that updated the feel and security of the residence. Professional installer Logan did a fantastic job of ensuring the fit and function of the new ProVia product. We would not hesitate to call Burnett Home Improvement again for future needs. Our experience with Burnett has been excellent! We were looking at replacing our guest bathroom tub to a walk-in shower. We originally considered going with tiles, however we were impressed with Burnett's shower remodeling systems, the reviews were excellent and after speaking with Jeff we were convinced.
Jeff patiently worked with us through our questions, our selection of every single piece involved in the remodeling and checked in on us frequently.
Their service was extremely fast as well. The orders came through within a couple of weeks and Andrii and Leo worked within 2 days to finish the remodeling!
They were professional, very communicative, did a thorough job and cleaned up after each day!
Very kind folks at Burnett!
It wasn't a small investment for us, and we expected bathroom remodeling to cost a lot, especially with prices soaring in NWA.
We hope and expect our new walk-in shower to last a lifetime, based on our trust with them.

It went great. The installation guys were very meticulous and paid attention to every detail. They explained everything they did and overcame obstacles they ran into as well as explaining everything about using and cleaning the shower.
