Parnell the technician who installed the garage door got straight to work when you pulled up and he didn't excellent job.
He arrived around 9:00 in the morning and it's now 2:30 in the afternoon It originally was set for just a couple of hours but he did a lot of stuff that was needed to be done and just a wonderful guy.
It's a focused on his job and got it done and when it was done he cleaned everything up and dumped everything in a dumpster and it's wonderful.

Travis is amazing!! He is honest and forth right. He recommended we replace the whole unit and suggested two different units, a chain drive and a direct drive that would take a little more work and need to have the electrical rerouted. I asked about other potential options (replacing the belt) and he gave them to but also told me why they wouldn’t last long term for my doors but still offered to complete them that way if that was my preference.
He was able to come out the same day and diagnose my problem and make suggestions. He was easy to reach and quick to respond to my many questions.
I would highly recommend Direct Service Overhead Garage Doors. I will definitely call him again.

Our service technician, Travis, stopped by on a Saturday, and we were very happy with the service he provided. He quickly resolved the issue initially, but upon inspecting it before he left, it returned. He spent more time going through every possible error, and rather than pitching the sale of a new unit, he was able to resolve the issue. Very knowledgeable and honest in his business. Thanks Travis!
