I recently had Foundation Recovery Systems complete a major foundation repair on my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and clearly took pride in their work.
My first interaction was with Paul Winder, who came out for the initial consultation. Paul was incredibly friendly and thorough—he walked me through every detail of the issues and the proposed solution in a way that made everything easy to understand. His professionalism set the tone for the whole project.
When the crew arrived, Tyler Sprague served as the foreman, and his maturity and leadership are what truly brought everything together. Tyler kept me updated at every stage of the job—he explained what was happening, when the crew would be onsite, and even used technology so I could track when he was on the way. I always got a text when he was close, so there were no surprises. That level of communication gave me complete confidence in the process.
Tyler’s crew, Brayden and Mason, also deserve recognition. They worked hard, kept the site organized and clean, and always took time to explain what they were doing. It’s clear they take pride in their craft, and the final result shows it.
The repair itself looks fantastic, and I feel confident that my home is in much better shape now—honestly, it has added real value to the property. I highly recommend FRS to anyone who needs foundation work done. If you’re lucky enough to work with Paul, Tyler, Brayden, and Mason, you’ll be in great hands.

The entire process was great and he was very informative and answered all my questions and addressed every concern of mine and items from the inspection. Foundation Recovery Systems installed and did a complete encapsulation of our crawl space last year. Since then, we have had multiple drainage issues, our foundation cracked where they exited the drainage from underneath the house, and our annual inspection was a no show. I've called multiple times, sent emails, and although their main number is empathetic and tried to resolve the issue, no one has reached back out or even attempted to help resolve the issue. They have even ignored the warranty - VERY disappointed and would NOT recommend them for crawl space construction, repairs, etc.
