I've hired them twice now. In these photos they lifted/repaired a large entry way stoop that had significant settling in two locations (see arrows in image). The results are amazing. Cant even tell they were here. The last repair they did for me was three years ago, and its held up perfectly. I also appreciate their fare and transparent pricing.

I always say you can only get 2 of these 3 with contractors. 1. Available, 2. Quality, 3. Decent price. These guys were quality and decent price, and that’s what you want when someone is working on your foundation. They were backed up by 3 months (which means they had a lot of business because people trust them), and once they came out they got done in one week. Very great service and crew. Marcos and Gabe went above and beyond!

Foundations Specialties did a great job for us. When I had a bad medical diagnosis, Marcos moved us up on the schedule. When Gabriel and his team arrived, they professionally went to work and fixed our settling problem in four days. Excellent service, great people, reasonable price, and exceptional quality and outstanding care for our property! I highly recommend them!

I contacted them because my crawlspace in my newer home has standing water after any rainfall. I explained the situation over the phone and their answer was to try everything else (possibly a landscaping company) before contacting them again. I appreciate they didn't just come out and try to price gauge me, however they weren't even willing to come out, and made it clear they were a business to make money and coming to my home before I tried everything else really wasn't beneficial for them.

The first time FS did foundation work for us was in the 1980s at a rental property. They did excellent work on that job.
Over the last several decades, we asked FS to check multiple properties for settlement. Each time, they (usually Marcos) told us piers were not required and their advice proved correct.
In late 2024, we had a foundation settling issue with one part of our home and FS recently completed the installation of piers. Again, their work was excellent.
Our advice is call them if you think you have a problem. Marcos will look at your situation. He is an experienced foundation professional. We trust his advice and his price.
And, we trust their work. Work crews are managed by Gabriel. With many years of installation experience, he met every commitment.
Pier installation is hard labor and messy. When our job was finished, FS put our property back to the way it was.
