Had broken springs on my garage door over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning and it was fixed by 3pm. Josh and John came out and were friendly, professional, and up front about the price. Josh was training John, and I liked how Josh let John take the lead and only directed him when necessary. He let him learn by doing. Great way to train. Very pleased with the service and the quality of work.

thank you garage door medic for being so fast prompt.Cassey, is the best installer/ person ever I called him we made arrangements. He was here when he said he was going to be here. The door is done and less than 45 minutes and I was on my way again thank you so much. I will give you guys 10 stars if I could.
