We used This company right before the snowstorm on the 23rd and I was out of State working and the technician that came out had no idea what he Was doing and instead of trying to correctly diagnose what was going on he wanted to suggestive sell Parts to my wife, the torsion spring above the door, a new Garage door opener and a new door. I FaceTime this individual to tell him that I didn’t think we need all that as I have worked in the construction As a master electrician for the last 24 years and I have done just about everything under the sun, but I wanted to leave this task up to somebody that fully knew everything because of The temperatures outside and I was out of town. This technician went on to say things To my wife, like “ You have got your moneys worth out of this motor”, “ If I have to start looking at the motor is going to be brain surgery”, “ All these things that are going on with your system is Very concerning”. He then left without testing the door for the last time and did not say anything to my wife! We paid $140 for nothing!! While I was out of town, I called the company and the manager Answer the phone and she was very nice about the whole thing. I explained to her what had happened and she wasted no time letting me know that she would get somebody different out there with more experience. This snow storm was coming, so we went through the weekend with no garage door without disconnecting it from the motor and lifting it manually. A new technician showed up the following week after the snowstorm and his name was Josh. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He went step-by-step and diagnose each issue and was able to correctly fix our garage door opener and door! I am not even going to say the name of the first technician because that’s not why I’m leaving this review. My point is the company made it right and they sent somebody who did And took care of the customer and I would’ve gave five stars if it wasn’t for the issues that we encountered before with the first technician. My point to all this if a service technician of any type Your door and immediately wants to start throwing parts and everything and replacing this and replacing that, question it always and ask why is this necessary!

I had a great experience with John at Garage Door Medic. He explained everything clearly, pricing was fair, and he did not push to sell me more than I needed which was very appreciated! The response was also within a couple hours. I would highly recommend!

The door is done and less than 45 minutes and I was on my way again thank you so much. I will give you guys 10 stars if I could.

Had broken springs on my garage door over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning and it was fixed by 3pm. Josh and John came out and were friendly, professional, and up front about the price. Josh was training John, and I liked how Josh let John take the lead and only directed him when necessary. He let him learn by doing. Great way to train. Very pleased with the service and the quality of work.
