Helitech, Waterproofing & Foundation Repair.

Hey, you all! We live in a Rural Area of Arkansas. We Trust in this Company!
We had unskilled Building laborers who made foundation mistakes, then we had torrential rain, drought, and a small earthquake over the years! The total combination gave us a big Problem, with Cracks in the outer Brick Walls, on our 22 yr old house. Needless to say, we contacted the Service of the Helitech Foundation Repair of NW Arkansas.
The visual Assessment and cost Estimate, by Grant, was Fair!
The underground Utility location pre-marked, we were notified of dates of work to Repair. And they Showed up on date and on time!
As homeowners, we felt Everyone we have interacted with, on phone and in person, for the Contract and the Work were very courteous and respectful.
The Workers Quintan & Cory worked as a team! Flawlessly co-ordinating the Hard Work without complaint. Their work showed knowledge & skill, and even patiently explained the process of Foundation Lift to us, as the steps were completed .
At the owners request, Quintan, called-in an order for additional add-on task, for underground Guttering. And quoted (very reasonable) cost of the guttering to us.
Note, Jerry, the Boss himself, brought the owner requested guttering!
Thanks, the additional cost of underground gutter, will be worth it to help alleviate drainage problems from now into the future.
