We had our mind set on Clopay doors and were glad to see they have a really nice showroom with lots of door styles and colors. The whole process was easy and pleasant. Bella responded the same morning that I left a message and set up an appointment for a technician to come out on the very day that we requested a home visit. She followed up with a phone call and text message confirming the appointment day and time.
Brett, our technician, was courteous, he called to let us know that he was on his way and he showed up on time. He realigned our automatic sensors and lubricated our garage door, all the while, advising me on how to service my door for future maintenance issues should they arise. Thank you Bella and Brett for your kindness and service. And, thank you Integrity Overhead Door for your prompt response and service.

EDIT: Their response is a lie. Do not use this company that doesn't take accountability. I had two other garage companies come out and confirm that the spray foam caused no issue whatsoever and was even a "smart idea" as one tech put it. I have evidence that this issue was around BEFORE I installed spray foam gap sealer. The opener was NOT replaced. "At my insistence" is such a snide comment, because I only asked about it once. Happy to provide reference to the two companies who confirmed what you're saying is absolutely false. Don't try to brush this off as my fault when it was your incompetence.
They came by to fix the gaps between my panels and between the garage door/wall, because they initially installed defective panels. They somehow made it even worse after the "fix" and are refusing to do anything more. See the before and after photos and notice that huge gap on the left.
They literally said they won't do anything more and "So sorry!"
