We had our mind set on Clopay doors and were glad to see they have a really nice showroom with lots of door styles and colors. The whole process was easy and pleasant. Brett responded to my call very quickly. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He returned the next day with the necessary parts to fix the door and quickly had the job completed. Friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual. I would recommend to others.

We replaced everything. Both of our garage doors and openers/motors, railing, sensors, pads, etc.. They did a great job and at a very good value too. Brett who installed them is amazing and an expert! Highly recommend!

The situation was this: I waited 2 days (a Friday and Monday for a overhead door service; none arrived. I called Integrity Overhead Door at 2:30 pm and it was fixed by 3:45 pm. Service was quick and complete without any difficulties. My daughter in law suggested them and I called and it was done. Nuff said!

EDIT: Their response is a lie. Do not use this company that doesn't take accountability. I had two other garage companies come out and confirm that the spray foam caused no issue whatsoever and was even a "smart idea" as one tech put it. I have evidence that this issue was around BEFORE I installed spray foam gap sealer. The opener was NOT replaced. "At my insistence" is such a snide comment, because I only asked about it once. Happy to provide reference to the two companies who confirmed what you're saying is absolutely false. Don't try to brush this off as my fault when it was your incompetence.
They came by to fix the gaps between my panels and between the garage door/wall, because they initially installed defective panels. They somehow made it even worse after the "fix" and are refusing to do anything more. See the before and after photos and notice that huge gap on the left.
They literally said they won't do anything more and "So sorry!"
