Jonathan came out to check out my HVAC and made the necessary repair. He called in advance of arrival and arrived at time he stated. He checked out the system thoroughly. He was fast, efficient, and explained the issue in simple terms. In all, he was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely use Kinty Jones again. I also signed up for their annual system check program.

So me and my husband had the pleasure of accidentally using this company. We decided to get a mini split put in so we called the company we normally go threw and the quote was out of reach. So my daughter in law new about kinty jones and someone that work there. So we gave them a call and made a appt with them. The guy that came out was really nice and new exactly what we needed, and the price was in budget. So we gave them a try. Wellllllll let me tell u , it was a great experience and the guys that came out where awesome. It was like talking to family. They actually cared. And then the next day , to my surpise i got a call fromm there office asking how everything was the day before and how is the mini split doing. I am very please with them and will tell everyone i no about this awesome company. I appreciate your whole team and thank u so much for everything.

I called this morning and spoke with Kaylyn. She was very pleasant and very helpful on the phone. I ended up having to call her back to let her know I was not going to need one of her representatives because my brother-in-law and I took care of my HVAC issue. This is a very pleasant individual and from the little bit that I did indeed deal with Kinty Jones, I wouldn’t be afraid to recommend them to anybody.

Johnathan came out and fixed my mini split system. Very personable and knowledgeable. I’ve been very pleased with this company from day 1. Katie messaged me on Sunday I believe to get my information and said she would schedule an appointment with the scheduler. Set up my appointment for today and Johnathan arrived when he said he would. I give them an A++!
