So me and my husband had the pleasure of accidentally using this company. We decided to get a mini split put in so we called the company we normally go threw and the quote was out of reach. So my daughter in law new about kinty jones and someone that work there. So we gave them a call and made a appt with them. The guy that came out was really nice and new exactly what we needed, and the price was in budget. So we gave them a try. Wellllllll let me tell u , it was a great experience and the guys that came out where awesome. It was like talking to family. They actually cared. And then the next day , to my surpise i got a call fromm there office asking how everything was the day before and how is the mini split doing. I am very please with them and will tell everyone i no about this awesome company. I appreciate your whole team and thank u so much for everything.

Great people. I have a club membership with another HVAC company that would not help me. Kinty did not hesitate to help!!!! Fantastic service the technicians were very professional. Fixed my issue on a Sunday, which says a lot about this company! They are there for you when you need them. Other companies don’t even try to help.

Mr Eddie was at house in less than an hour. Had my unit up and running due to burnt relay switch. Outstanding customer service and just all around great people.

I’m a 20 something year old first time home buyer and my A/C went out in the middle of summer. Saying “I didn’t know what to do” was an understatement. I remembered seeing Kinty Jones trucks that said “call my dad, he can fix it!”, so I called- I’m SO happy I did! The techs, Juan and Mason, provided amazing service from start to finish. Juan FULLY maintenanced my unit, cleaned it thoroughly and gave me honest, helpful advice about the best plan going forward. You can tell they truly care about their customers. My home is cool again, and I’m beyond happy with the experience. They’re reliable, professional, and genuinely trustworthy.
