My old electric Instant water heater went out for some unknown reason I called Mr electric. They sent out their Tech Bill, who had the same name as me which was kind of cool and I explained to him my issues. After the free safety inspection and figuring out the control panel was toast on water heater. He took the initiative to find a water heater that would replace the one I had and since he had the experience and said we don’t do this normally, and so I wouldn’t have have to call plumber and be without hot water longer, he installed it for me and hooked up the electrical. Also my microwave quit working at the same time as the WH, and Bill suggested that it could’ve been from a surge in the electrical system and suggested I get a surge protector for the whole house so we also installed that I feel safer in my home, knowing that we had a thorough safety inspection and now have a surge protector to protect our large appliances would highly recommend Mr Electric anytime thank you.

My experience was awesome, Daniel G is professional and high quality of work. He did a thorough job including filling the trench back up,also cleaning up. Daniel is definitely an asset to the company.👍

Correspondence was timely, serviceman was prompt, efficient and courteous. Would definitely use this service again!!! Grant did a great job, cleaned up the worksite, so nice to have these electrical tasks completed!

Dequan was nice, polite, and knowledgeable during the appointment. He helped me to understand information that was given to me. He also was polite and understanding when I had to decide to wait on getting any work done at the moment. Thanks, he’s a good man & employee.
