Highly recommend. Install the whole new forced air unit at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They even came back to pull a new common wire after ours had stopped working after the new install. Very pleased with the service!

Would DEFINITELY recommend NWA Cooling & Heating. They are professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. J.R. was amazing! He showed up when he said he would, kept in contact, called to let me know when he was about to arrive, and was simply a pleasure to talk with and really helped me understand what was going on with my HVAC unit without making me feel like an idiot. I can't say enough about NWA Cooling & Heating!! Use them, you will NOT regret it!

I needed to have an HVAC tune up done on my heating system. I found this company and was impressed with their excellent website and pricing. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I received a call before the technicians showed up so I was prepared for their arrival. Will and Declan introduced themselves and began their work. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very impressed this company and the work performed by Will and Declan. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling system needs.

Winter checkup with JR was exceptional. Offered services that were appropriate to offer without a hard upsell. Told me mechanically my system was in excellent condition so no bs that i needed services or parts that i did not need. The company has excellent communications between customers and techs and office. Thank you JR.

We recently had NWA Cooling & Heating replace a 3-ton AC unit at our nursing home, and their professionalism was exceptional. The crew was courteous and respectful of our elderly residents, completing the job quickly and without disruption. When they finished, there wasn’t a trace of debris—just a perfectly running new unit. It’s rare to find a company that delivers great workmanship and genuine care for the people they serve. Highly recommend!
