100% satisfaction with O’Franco Roofing. Edwin was very pleasant to deal with. He kept in contact with us throughout recent repairs and patiently listened to our concerns before work began. Jorge and Charlie did excellent and professional work on rewrapping garage door frames and patio posts. They started when they said they would and all work was done timely. We will definitely call on Edwin in the future for any repairs or remodeling at our home.

Phenomenal experience working with this roofing company! The process was very easy going and stress free. The team is very detail-oriented and got the job done well in a timely manner. I do not regret a single penny because now our home looks brand new. I highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking forward to roof renovations at an affordable and reasonable price point!

Absolutely fantastic crew. They showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and all at a great price. Great craftsmanship and excellent construction standards. I know that our project was done right and will last. I highly recommend them!

I would not do business with these people....they did a remodel.. everything they did they had to come back and finish or redo it to get it right. He would take a list of like 10 things to fix. They would come and fix 2 things. Never finished the job. And ask for more money. Damaged a brand new kitchen stove, never made it right.. I had to fix it myself... bent and broke storm door, threw the parts away. Then wanted us to pay for a new one and they would put it in. Put new drywall on ceiling and said they would Shim it up to make it level. Then when they got it up they said they couldn't level or shim it? Used floor leveling material to level floor. It didn't work, so he said it didn't always work to level it? They said the job would take 1 to 2 months, it took 6 months and still never finished. They would work 2 or 3 days a week, and some weeks they never showed up. There was beer bottles and caps found around the house and in the trash.. also empty beer cartons found in the cabinets. The last thing they did was to put the louvers for the attic fan back in the ceiling, it doesn't open when you turn the fan on, needs adjustment. Again not finished.. this was a very stressful and long ordeal... there our so many things that are not finished and to numerous to list.. I have many pictures not sure where to post them.... also Edwin told me that I didn't like his company because they were Hispanic...that is racist.....why would I hire them if that were the case??? I will never ever do business with them again.... also were supposed to replace bathroom fan. They threw the cover to the old one away and left the old fan.....put in a new bath tub the lever to stop the drain to fill bath tub does not work???
