I had a very disappointing experience with Oz Home Services, and I strongly regret choosing them for my roof repair.
First, it took them months to even show up after I had already paid. Communication during that time was poor and inconsistent. I had to keep calling just to get basic updates, and they rarely followed through on what they promised.
When they finally came to fix the roof, the job was not done properly. I was out of town during the repair because they told me it would be better so the noise wouldn’t disturb me. When I returned, I realized they had only completed about half of the work I paid for.
I started calling again, and it took them several more months before they came back to “finish” the job. Even then, parts of the roof were still left incomplete. I kept calling and even went to their office in Bentonville in person. The woman at the front desk wouldn’t let me in and claimed no one was available. After that, they completely stopped answering my calls and started sending me straight to voicemail. No callbacks. No follow-up. Eventually, I gave up because it was clear they had no intention of fixing their mistakes.
What really concerns me is that they send messages offering $25 gift cards for 5-star reviews. That makes me seriously question how many of their good reviews are truly honest and how many are influenced by money.
If you’re considering this company, be very careful. My experience was long delays, poor workmanship, and being ignored once they already had my money. I would not recommend them to anyone.

OZ Home Services representatives are very personable as well as highly knowledgeable. They helped me navigate through the claims process with my insurance company without a hitch. Their approach toward the job is very professional and fundamental as they kept me informed through each step of the process. Should I ever need assistance with structural issues again, they will be at the very top of my list to contact.
