Pinnacle Roofing did a fantastic job on our roofing project. Travis and his team were thorough, professional, and quick. Our roof was very old, had two layers of shingles that needed to be removed, and needed for the space around the chimney to be repaired due to water leaks. We are very impressed with their work and will be happy to use them again in the future for any others projects or repairs that we may need.

Pinnacle Roofing did a great job with my vinyl siding that was damaged in a storm. From start to finish, they were great to work with. The first gentleman went above and beyond to help me get a superior product ordered… Then the crew worked quickly and efficiently and were patient when I had questions. I was on a short timeline with insurance deadlines and they worked well to help me within those deadlines.

Pinnacle Roofing replaced my roof 3 years ago in 2022 after hailstorm. Another hailstorm May 2025. I once again contacted Pinnacle Roofing along with a few other roofing companies. Brad Clark is my contact person at Pinnacle Roofing. He was very prompt with assessment of damage and estimate for roof, gutter & facia damage. Any questions I had were answered so I could understand. Work was scheduled & the work crews did excellent job for roof, gutters & facia. And no cleanup left afterward. Brad Clark did exceptional job of following up to make sure I was happy with the finished roof. I recommend Pinnacle Roofing & Brad Clark. Great to deal with a local company & knowing who I can contact in the future.

The crew at Pinnacle Roofing, Springdale, are absolutely fantastic. When a series of tornados and hailstorms came through the area and wrecked our house, they absolutely went above and beyond to get everything repaired and good as new. In total we contracted them for: all new roof, 3/4ths of the house new siding, a new window, and a new door.
The repair crews were quick and clean; you couldn't even tell there had been any work done by the time they finished, everything was pristine and our yard was completely cleaned from debris. The people in the main office, sales team, and project management team all were incredibly kind and responsive ; and were always happy to field our questions and concerns.
All in all, Pinnacle made things EASY. This was our first home, and our first time needing repairs of this scale ; and they took all that stress away and I can't thank them enough.

Pinnacle Roofing has the clearest communication and stuck to their timeline. Brad Clark clearly explained the process and having gone through a tornado we really needed someone who could help alleviate fears of how we were going to get back in our house. There was an issue that the previous roofers did not address and Brad let me know about it quickly, and was able to get it approved with our insurance. We appreciate Pinnacle’s seamless process!
