Excellent service from Justin at Precision Garage Door Service of Northwest Arkansas.
Justin repaired a broken spring on one of our garage doors. We also requested he replaced both springs on both doors. He also upgraded all the rollers and inspected the tracks to ensure everything was in proper working order.
Justin was very kind and respectful to my wife, took the time to explain the work accomplished and how to properly maintain the doors going forward. He recommended the correct lubricant and lubricant intervals to keep everything functioning smoothly long-term.
Justin clearly takes pride in his work and made sure everything was done the right way. Highly recommend both Justin and Precision.

We needed a new garage door opener. We were able to get service the same day we called. Ryan, the technician, was very friendly and professional. He did the installation quickly, taking about an hour to complete.

Amazing professional service! We had garage door issues and I decided to give Precision Door a try. Started with having them out for a repair call with David and within minutes he gave me the news I knew was coming. After almost 20 years it was time for a new door. He pointed out the issues and quickly quoted me a new door/motor/the works!
The Precision Team kept me well informed on the delivery status of my door and scheduling installation. When the day came, Chris arrived promptly on time and installed our entire new door/system within the estimated projected time. He took the time to walk me through all the new functionality and asked if I needed any additional help with garage door technology set up.
Everyone I dealt with was kind, incredibly professional and did what they said they’d do. I’m very happy with the service I received and the new garage door/system!
