WOW!!! I do enjoy having a real professional at my home installing a new spring for my garage door. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient during his time at my home. He was also courteous and smiling as he explained how the garage door and opener work so if issues occur in the future I can develop a plan to resolve any future issues. He was honest and transparent about pricing, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repair was done right.

I returned home this afternoon and I had a busted torsion spring on my garage door making the door nonfunctional. Luke was out here in a few hours and fixed it quickly, efficiently and problem solved. It's great that Precision keeps many of these parts in their truck so they don't have to come back. I've used Precision once before to install a new operator for my garage door and they did it with same-day service. If you want service when you need it, and with garage doors you want it almost immediately, and a high quality product with knowledgeable installers then you might as well call Precision. Thanks!!

We needed a new garage door opener. We were able to get service the same day we called. Ryan, the technician, was very friendly and professional. He did the installation quickly, taking about an hour to complete.

This is my second time having to reach out for garage door repairs- While I’m not excited about spending money on repairing a garage door, having the folks at Precision respond timely, diagnosis the problem accurately (the first time) provide me with a detailed estimate, have everything they need to complete the repairs on their first trip, and complete the repairs in a professional and timely manner is worth every dime !! Wouldn’t even think of calling anyone else - Additionally, their online appointment system let me get in the queue for First Thing Monday with a Sunday morning request! All Around GREAT experience!
