Stevie was AMAZING. I called her around noon today to diagnose my 2016 Hyundai Tuscon failing to start. She was here in less than an hour. 3 hours, one battery, and one starter later, she had my car up and running again. She was extremely kind, professional, and cost me less than going to a shop, all while providing the convenience of coming to my house. I will be recommending Stevens Auto Repair to all friends and family.

I doubt you could find a better service for auto repairs anywhere, not just Fayetteville. I mean that. Stevie has an exceptional level of passion and knowledge needed for the job, along with remarkable kindness/gentleness in interacting with people and educating them about the ins and outs of their vehicle. She came to my house to fix my truck (which I didn't feel safe driving anywhere) and taught me more than I've ever learned about vehicles. And not like I know anything, but I feel like that was the cheapest service I could have gotten... like I wanted to pay more. She genuinely cared that I was taken care of beyond the work she was paid for. Really can't say enough good things about Stevie. This is the business you should call if you need to get your car fixed. I'm impressed. Thank you Stevie!

Stevie Stevens was super fast in response to my request for a quote. She was extremely helpful, went above and beyond expectations. She was honest and had very fair pricing. She encouraged me to check other places as well for better pricing, which is almost unheard of. I have never been this well taken care of regarding my vehicle in all of my 65 years (not counting my sweet dad!) Stevie has excellent communication every step of the way. I had struts put on, and it took little to no time to do. I will most definitely be calling her in the future. Thank you, Stevie, for a wonderful Transaction!

The starter went out on my Explorer.
I had the new starter on hand, but couldn't get the bad one off.
Made a call to Stevens.
A little over an hour later they were at my home. Got the charger swapped out not long after.
Oh, this was on a Sunday afternoon.

Stevie was wonderful . Me being a young college girl , my maintenance on my wasn’t the best . She definitely is amazing at what she does !! She explained everything to me step by step and broke down every issue there was in question . Her pricing is affordable as well . She responded to me in a timely manager and came out the next day .
