We started working with Summit when our former serviceman had to close up business. They do a great job sending reminders for maintenance reviews for fall/winter and spring/summer. I like that we have pretty much had the same guy every time, so he knows us and our home. Joey is friendly and makes us feel comfortable, and does a great job with his work and communication. Definitely recommend Summit, and Joey!

Exceptional service. I called summit last night at 6. A repairman, Trey, was at my door at 8am this morning ON A SUNDAY. While there were a variety of ways we could have fixed our issue, Trey actually encouraged me to choose the least expensive one. Summit never ever pushes more than is necessary and really walks you through step by step as though you could be an A/C specialist yourself. I cannot recommend this company enough. The owners are down to earth and always try to do what’s best for the customer. You cannot go wrong with Summit Heating and Air.

I am happy with the service I received from Summit Heating and Air at my new home. Trey performed a fall service for me, including reviewing HVAC-related notes I had gotten from my inspector. They also addressed an inspection note about emergency heat not working on the upstairs air handler. I was pleased enough with the service I received to sign up for Summit's semiannual service agreement.

Great service. Both the technicians where really helpful and answered all my questions. They even gave me advice and services Summit didn't provide which was great. Both associates where very professional, polite and ensured everything was inspected and working. Thank you Summit !!!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! From how wonderful the owners are, to the customer service to the knowledge that their techs have, I highly, highly recommend them! We originally contracted with a different company to do maintenance on our home and they ended up damaging our AC unit, then denied any wrongdoing and tried to charge us double what Summit charged us to fix it. Summit came out same day we called, found the issue and immediately fixed us for it. We are now on a maintenance plan with them at our house and our business!
