Had them come out to diagnose my hvac system as it was not blowing cold. Recieved a quote for almost $1200. Said the system needed 3 things
1. New thermostat
2. New heat strips
3. New defrost board.
I didn't like that price and started looking into my specific issue and the ultimately fixing the system myself for $25 as all my system needed was a couple of relays.

I called late on a Saturday evening in hopes to get ac fixed, when I received my call back John S. Was amazing at helping me get my problem solved fast. Had parts to me in under 30 mins! Couldn’t be happier with service and the price!

Would rate lower if possible. A tech came out and diagnosed our AC problem on June 13. I was told someone would contact me the next day with path going forward to fix. Never heard from them. Today, July 21, I receive an invoice for them coming out and literally doing nothing. Now I see that others have had this same experience.
