My experience with the office staff has been nothing but positive. They are accommodating to our schedule as we have numerous appointments and they are respectful of their employee's time as well. My husband and I were not very comfortable asking for assistance, but I am grateful for the wonderful care offered by Visiting Angels.

We just really appreciate the guidance and help that Visiting Angels brought to us. Jennifer my mom’s angel is a godsend. She is Kind, sweet, attentive, fun for my mom to be around!!!! We really do love and appreciate what she does for mom. The staff responds quickly to anything you need any question you have and any help they can give! Just so very grateful for all of them at Visiting Angels 😊

Many Thanks to Jennifer at Visiting Angels. Her “special way” with my 86 year old diabetic, strong willed Uncle worked a miracle. She was able to encourage him to allow her to assist in getting him clean! He lived on his own and found it to difficult to bathe himself as he aged and became less mobile.
I have to give a shout out to Tawny also. She cleaned up the rough stuff and saw what needed to be done and did it. Great attitude.
They really are “Visiting Angels”

Visiting Angels sent Miss Lee on June 12,2025 I have been with 2 other in home health companies and was abused by the care giver stealing, taking food, sitting the whole time they were in my home on their cell phone's not caring about my needs or my home. Taking clothes from my home exc. Miss Lee has out shined all of them with the God given heart she has. She is the top Visiting Angels 😇 Employee in my heart and eye's. I thank God everyday for her assistance, help when I need it. Her cleanliness, devotion, and loyalty! She won't take a quick break unless I say Miss Lee. Let's step outside for a few mins then she smiles so sweet and can't say No to me lol 🥰😁🥰 I have No family here in Arkansas! But the 2 months she has been with me in my home. She is now my family! She invited me to her church and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at any church I've ever been too. And was welcomed back each Sunday now. I know God puts special people in our lives and he knew she belongs with me as I with her. She is such a blessing to be with and her smile alone puts a smile on my face even when most of the time I'm in pain and hurting so bad. She is my savior my friend my caregiver. As soon as she clocks in. She non stop cleans until I say Miss Lee it's time for you to sit and rest with me. I've never had a connection with a caregiver before I met her. But our connection is so amazing and I adore her infinity! She definitely deserves praise and raise / promotion exc. She is a top of the line Caregiver that all companies should have to care for their client's. They offered great help one time. The second time I didn't get a call that the person wasn't coming until the night before, which was too late to get someone else. I found out a few days before that person was not going to be here again,, but they couldn't find someone to replace her.
