We had a very disappointing experience with Creative Renovations. Keith came to our house in early November and we had a great meeting about our kitchen remodel. Lots of good ideas and the rough estimate he provided was within our budget.
Next, on November 30 we met with Keith at their showroom and tweaked some of the original ideas and picked out materials for the countertops and backsplash. Keith told us they could start the project in the middle of March and he would get us a detailed quote in the next couple weeks. We were very excited about the project.
Here is the really disappointing part…we never heard from Keith again. My wife called him and left a voicemail a couple weeks after our last meeting and he never returned her call. We would have been fine if he decided not to take the project, but to just ghost us and ignore our follow up message was not professional nor kind. My reason for leaving this review is just to say don’t get your hopes up on a project even after you’ve had great meetings (and picked out materials) and felt like you built a rapport with someone until a budget is finalized and a contract is signed.
However, after reading some of the other reviews from others who were also ghosted, I feel like we dodged a bullet.
P.S. Starting a review response with "I'm sorry that you feel that way" is not a very effective or professional response, either.

100 % would not recommend,Called Keith and he came out for a look at my project, made an appointment to go to the show room and pick out colors for tile and cabinets and so on. He told me he would be out that Friday with a plumber and have a price. Plumber came and seemed very nice, professional and knew how he wanted to approach the job and he said he would talk with Keith soon and get back with me. About 5 days passed and I wanted to touch base so I called Keith and was told he was meeting with the plumber the next morning and would let me know. Another cpl days pass I call and went to voice-mail left vm saying I was just following up call me back please. Called again a week later back to voice-mail. So I guess that was a no for the project. I feel like if they didn't want to do the project they could have just said no rather than ghosting me.

Staff is professional and friendly. They have a nice selection of wares available to look at. Very pleased with the presentation.

Keith is a life saver! He is honest, ethical, reliable, punctual, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and produces a quality product using best practices.
We hired a different contractor who caused damage to our home, didn't take out proper permits, and caused us a ridiculous amount of problems. Keith was truly a life saver who knew exactly what needed to be done to fix our problems. We should have hired him to begin with. He has earned our repeat business.

Less than impressed. The management of this company is lacking and their craftsmanship suffers as a result. We had to live in a work zone for almost a month when they only spent 7 days actually working on our projects. There were many errors made by the owner and the people he uses. This caused them to have to work a day or two, then leave for a week or more, to return to work again later. We also had to let the owner know that his people hadn’t even completed the project, he never came to check and just sent the bill.
