Flooring by Design is by far the BEST flooring company you will find. Their prices are fair, their staff are professional and accountable. The owner, Craig Shaw, took the time to personally help me make the best choices for my home remodel. I am overjoyed with the outcome and get compliments from everyone who visits my home. Top notch! Wow! What a great experience working with the team at Flooring by Design. For my home remodel, they helped me pick out two types of carpet, wood floors, and a tile backsplash. Several people at the shop helped me over multiple visits and each of them was personable and professional.
After each installation, they checked in with me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. When there was a mix-up with an installation, that didn’t hesitate to make it right.
They’re knowledgeable about the products they offer and went above and beyond to order me additional color samples.
Melissa is especially wonderful. She is an interior designer/decorator and works on site in their shop. Listened to what I wanted for each space and gave really good advice and encouragement along the way.
We’ll definitely look forward to coming to them down the road when we do any other home changes to floors or tile.

I brought in an old piece of carpet to try to match and Craig went right to work trying to find the closest style and color. We ordered it Monday and had it installed Friday, just in time for us to move in on Saturday. Quick service with excellent attention to detail!!

A great place to shop for flooring options. These people really know their products, and helped us first pick out a brand of carpet that will look nice and be very durable. Then they were very helpful and patient with us while we picked out a color to go with. I seldom leave reviews, but can’t say enough good things about our experience with this company.
