Obviously they are very knowledgeable about the different types of carpet. I came in looking for a type of carpet that is advertised on tv, and even tho they handled that type of carpet they steered me towards another brand that would wear better and was cheaper. The finished installation was beautiful. I would highly recommend.

Flooring by Design is by far the BEST flooring company you will find. Their prices are fair, their staff are professional and accountable. The owner, Craig Shaw, took the time to personally help me make the best choices for my home remodel. I am overjoyed with the outcome and get compliments from everyone who visits my home. Top notch! I brought in an old piece of carpet to try to match and Craig went right to work trying to find the closest style and color. We ordered it Monday and had it installed Friday, just in time for us to move in on Saturday. Quick service with excellent attention to detail!!
