Yes, staff member is friendly alright. Went there last Saturday, trying to order carpet. Chose the sample, left my contact info. Nobody contacts me as of now. Perhaps they are too busy with their business (good for them!). But lack of communications with customers. This area needs improvement.

I needed an area rug. This store has a large inventory of quality remnant carpet pieces. I picked out the carpet I wanted and they cut it to the exact size I needed. They have quality carpet remnants at a great price. The people there are very friendly and really helped me get exactly what I needed.
